Comfort Inn & Suites Virginia Beach - Norfolk Airport

Absolutely phenomenal staff and hotel! Every worker we encountered was overly friendly and helpful with a smile. Breakfast was good, with a few hot options available and stocked well. Our room was spacious, clean and even had a very nice sectional sofa in it that was comfortable to unwind on after a day of work. I can't testify to the pool as we didn't use it, but it appeared clean and well taken care of. Writing this review to remind myself this is where to stay the next time we are back for work. Great job Comfort Inn Staff! Many Choice hotels we stay at have been subpar, this is not the case here. Great value also!

Marcus was great when we called for reservations he answered all questions and we didn't feel rushed. Once we arrived Dana checked us in with ease. Marcus arrived when Dana was checking us in and both told us about the area. The rooms were clean, however they are out dated. They were doing some renovations while we were there. The breakfast was nice. That area had been renovated and was nice. The lady assigned to that area keep everything clean and made sure the food didn't run low. I forgot her name. She was very friendly as well. The pool was nice as well. Overall our stay was nice. Would I recommend this place? Yes, I would.

Staff very professional and very helpful breakfast was great and the coffee was awsome congrats to the staff. Manager was a great person and very friendly and helpful front desk staff awsome great room all clean and well kept thank you guy. Yall should be proud

Not the best, but definitely not the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Except for the smell of weed blanketing the elevator and escaping from underneath my neighbor’s door across from my room, I thought the hotel was quite comfortable. It’s in a good location close to the airport, restaurants and the highway. I would consider staying here again in future. The staff at check-in were very welcoming and the breakfast spread was fantastic!

We have stayed at a lot of hotels on our vacation on the East coast. This has to be the best one we have stayed at. We got in a little late, the pool closes at 9:00 pm, the offered to keep it open so our girls could go swimming. This hotel will definitely be on our list next time we come back.

Leaving a review because the young African American girl who worked in housekeeping was so sweet. I stayed here on 2/20 & she cleaned the room really well (I assume before we came) she spoke when she saw us in the hallway. I just appreciate nice people. We had a handicap room which was pretty spacious which I liked. Front desk lady was nice as well. I would stay here again.

I’m very glad I found this hotel. It’s definitely my go-to when I need to spend a night by the airport. It’s remarkably clean and nice for the price. The rooms are spacious, and the sheets are very comfortable. The breakfast is on par with more expensive hotels. Marcus was very friendly and helpful. I’ve had great experiences with all the staff, and I’m happy to have stayed here.

Rooms are out dated needs a whole face lift and furniture. Breakfast was good and the staff was great. Maybe next time we'll get a better room.
